This large diameter HDPE manifold with urethane elbows was fabricated for a large Western Pennsylvania fossil fuel power plant. The manifold is used to convey a lime slurry and needed to be abrasion resistant.

This manifold resulted in significantly reducing down time due to reduced system maintenance, required on the steel manifolds initially installed.
